Rollprof is a portable system for measuring roll profiles in a production environment. Rollprof has been developed in conjunction with maintenance experts from the world's paper and steel industries. The Rollprof systems are easy to use, robust and measure to a high level of accuracy. |

Rollprof can be used in the workshop to measure roll machining accuracy or on machine as a diagnostic instrument to assist in the preventative maintenance of rolls. Monitoring of roll profiles in the machine allows rolls to be changed according to condition instead of at given intervals. This can reduce roll maintenance and downtime costs because when using the system, rolls are not changed too early or too late. Preventative maintenance also means that downtime caused by roll failures is minimised. The Rollprof Roll Profile Measuring System is available in two versions: |
