Woollen Paper is essentially a Blue Denim cotton based roll cover material blended with wool fibres. The wool fibres give the material greater resilience. Woollen Paper is available with from 10% to 45% wool fibre content. The wool content and resulting hardness are varied to suit the application.
Woollen Paper is suitable for both fine and deep emboss patterns and can be used in geared and un-geared applications. Woollen paper conforms permanently to the engraved steel roll to give a precise emboss.
